I hope this is the right place to leave a question for you.
I want to stop subscribing to Photoshop because I don’t get to use it very often. OM Workspace looks a useful alternative but I am stuck on one thing so far – when I have cropped an image to my liking – how do I save the new image? In photoshop it’s a simple double-click inside the image but I can’t see how to do it in the OMW.
Also, can I add text to an image in the OM Workspace?
I’m having a problem trying to update the software – it’s saying can’t connect to server. Any ideas on that one?

I don’t think that OM Workshop is a good alternative for Photoshop. The purpose of both is different. OM Workspace is primary for RAW develpoment and you cannot add additional things as you can do in Photoshop. Cropping in OM Workspace only applies to exported images. So in the software you only see the yellow frame which is applied once you export it.

Danke für das Kompliment. Freue mich, dass Dir meine Bilder gefallen. Soweit geht es mir gut und ich versuche mich wie.m Du siehst an verschiedenen Fotografiethemen aus. Im Moment vornehmlich Vögel, aber das wird sich wieder ändern.
